With over 100 service providers and an exhaustive list of services Homecues serves a wide range of customers. They set themselves apart from the competitors in three ways – on time service delivery, Transparency and Incredible Customer support.
Strategically, Homecues was well positioned to cater a wide range of customers. However, they have seen a trend of losing customers due to poorly designed website and lengthy booking process. They approached us to audit their website and build an online strategy to reflect the true personality of their brand and help strengthen their sales.
To help build an efficient online strategy we have to make end users’ preferences as the key drivers of the entire process. We conducted a multi-step application overhaul including user/market research, focus groups, and stakeholder interviews to set priorities and create a whole new user experience. We then designed a HTML5 inspired lite yet powerful responsive UI and powered it with a robust backend. We paired up the web application with easy to use iOS and Android applications. Most importantly this entire process was organized in four parallel tracks to ensure the speed of delivery

Customer Support – Book orders for telecallers; Track orders; Manage service providers.
Admin – Manage all users roles; Generate reports, etc.
